letter, EPA agrees to support STAPPA/ALAPCO's decision to withhold an additional
$325,000 in FY05 funds to support training in FY05 and FY06, as well as agrees
to provide an additional $162,500 in EPA FY05 funds for training.

of FY04 Funding to Training Providers (March 8, 2004) -- This is the
allocation of funding agreed upon at the Joint Training Committee held March
1-4, 2004, in San Diego. Please note that Metro4-SESARM was allocated an
additional $10,000 (noted under "new course development") in order to host the
2005 meeting. A total of $2.125 million in FY04 funds was allocated to training
providers for FY05 activities. Click
