Administration's Draft Multi-Pollutant Strategy (September 20, 2001) - This document is the Administration's draft "A Comprehensive Approach to Clean Power" (dated July 30, 2001), which is the multi-pollutant strategy proposal under consideration. Obviously there may be some changes since that time, but this should still provide useful information about what the Administration is considering.
