State Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Rule Efforts

In 2003, the STAPPA/ALAPCO Muti-State Clean Diesel Initiative was named one of 15 finalists for the prestigious Innovations in American Government by the Institute for Government Innovation at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
