Clean Air Act and Related Issues - 115th Congress (2017-2018)

The 115th Congress was sworn in on January 3, 2017 and continues through 2018.  The U.S. Senate is now comprised of 51 Republicans, 47 Democrats and 2 Independents who caucus with the Democrats.  The U.S. House of Representatives is comprised of 238 Republicans and 193 Democrats (there are also four vacant seats).

Among the first orders of business taken up by the 115th Congress - the members of which were sworn in on January 3, 2017 - was regulatory reform.  This issue has continued to be front and center in this Congress.

In addition to bills related to the above issues, legislation has been introduced that affects other clean air issues.
