            b. MARAMA's Workshop and Meeting Manual -- Ed. 2 (January 2003): This is a detailed manual on setting up and running meetings of all types, including training. Pages 65-86 deal specifically with setting up courses with outside contractors. While some of this information is only applicable to MARAMA, others should find it useful.
